6. Brownie points finger.....
so much for NOT playing the blame game and pointing fingers...

I watched the hearing yesterday - Brownie blamed everyone from the Mayor of New Orleans, the Governor, Homeland Security,the media and the White House.

Two things that struck me:

1. his "list" of things he would do differently. Number ONE on his list - have more press conferences. In my mind this translated to "I should have controlled the news more"

2. He also stated he contacted the White House. He was asked WHO he spoke to - his lawyer leaned over and whispered in his ear. Brownie then said he couldn't answer that question for security reasons. It was then pointed out that he had already divulged some of that information to the New York Times... OOOPS
