28. Maxine Waters
He lied about securing America, he made people believe he was going to protect them from terroris. George Bush is responsible for more terrorists in the world..

He told us...who did he give us? Incompetent, lying Michael Brown who had no experience with disaster. Another George Bush lie. He told us he cared about people, about poor people. What's the first thing he's done? Waived Davis-Bacon...now his friends, who he gave no-bid contracts to..now they can hire people at less than prevailing wages. That's how he cares about poor people.
