miilion$ spent on Homeland Security and the promises that they were the administration that was the only one that could keep us all safe.

2001 response to 9/11 - hours
2003-4 response to hurricanes in Jeb's backyard - 1 day
2005 response to hurricane in NO & MS - 3-4 days

Yep, just like everything else Shrub's ever touched. Turned to shit.
