2. Leno isn't a republican whore
He's just a whore period. He sucks up like crazy to every guest he gets, no matter what they do, what their talent level is or what they believe. He sucked up to Dean a bit when Dean was on, he sucked up to Arnold, he'll suck up to Al. Leno sucks, Letterman's past his prime. Conan is the king of late night. Stewart is more of a news guy than a talk show host, so I didn't put him in the running, but John is the man.
