12. He was half right: gov't came back to black bashing, not people
In the past, the racism that Bush is practicing had a comparable level of public and gov't support.

This time, I think the public is ashamed of the backward behavior of the Bush people.

In fairness to Bush, since he's floundering in the polls, he's cycling through all their usual whipping boys, trying to find one that people will get mad at and forget him.
