But wait, does this mean that the reason W took so long to respond to Katrina was because KKKarl was incapacitated? I thought W was our court-appointed pResident. I know they refer to Rove as Bush's "brain", but is * so paralyzed by his own incompetence that he has to wait for turdblossom to tell him what to do? I don't remember seeing ROVE/CHENEY on the ballot. No one elected (or in this case appointed) Rove as Commander in Chief...
