Barbara Bush has long been known to be a callous, unfeeling, and generally nasty woman. And since she's neither elected or appointed, no one can make her resign. She can say all the stupid things she wants and she knows it.

In no way would this administration actually want to start a race war. For one thing, the bigots and survivalists that have been prepared for one for decades aren't normally the biggest Bush fans and wouldn't hesitate to put everyone's head on a pike.

However, accidentally starting one by their own stupidity and spin control is possible. However, I have enough faith in humanity to believe that people want a less violent solution to the problems Bush has caused.
