offices and talk to one of her aids and make that suggestion-- seriously! I'll bet if they convey that constitutents are noticing, it might well have an impact.

Given that (currently) more women than men are using botox, I fear that this actually may bcome an issue. We are programmed as humans to look for certain visual cues to indicate sincerity, firmness of convictions and other emotions. Taking away those cues can only cause a loss in effectiveness, IMO.
