Quite honestly, the leaders of the "Axis of Evil" countries would be foolish to do nothing after being put on notice by the * Misadministration.

Especially after witnessing what happened in Iraq - a country that was invaded by another country that knew there were no nukes or other weapons of mass destruction within their borders.
