of the Southern strategy. It's still very much a part of the Republican hold on the South. No, it's not as blatant. The politicos have learned to craft their terms in code. "Urban Youth" is one of their terms. I live in Atlanta. Trust me. Racism is alive and flourishing within the Republican Party.
Poor old Bob Barr won't even admit he's black.
(according to him, he just "photographs black". Cynthia continues to send him mail from the Congressional Black Caucus, bless her.)
