15. Well, it's more simply Adolf and Napoleon

Both are on record as saying, in paraphrase, that the right way to speak to the masses is as if to get a hysterical woman to take control of herself or to give control over to you (the speaker/leader).

(The right response is a secure and judgmental counter, proclaiming the speechgiver a clever and deceitful moron who is not to be trusted.)
