If the US govt knew who they were in SEP 00, that gave George from the day the Supremes made the decision until Sep 01 to develop a plan of action should they breach our shores. He didn't pay attention, and neither did his crack team of crazies.
That's what happens when you are so eager to take over that you don't listen to the passdown.
