15. i don't think this is clark's strategy
just the strategy of some of his more ardent supporters here. his strategy is to attract the military, swing voters, and republicans. the left is supposed to fall in line with this strategy because clark is sounding liberal-like on domestic issues. it could very well be a winning strategy.
