This goes hand-in-hand with bush's peevishness about guests sitting on furniture in the Oval Office, for cryin' out loud. Remember the hissy fit he threw about that? It was in the news, too.
Also remember that bush told somebody, "You got kids? You like 'em? Mine are a pain in the ass."
The man has a very short fuse.
