when he was appointed to the DC Circuit Ct. of Appeals. For the Dems to now do a complete turn-around will look absolutely ridiculous.
Putting his ideologies aside (of course we will not share those), the guy is certainly qualified to sit on the Court. Unless some skeleton falls out of a closet within the next few months, this guy should get a pass, as there doesn't appear to be any good-faith justification to go to war over him.
