The "I" word.

I'm already getting sick of the implication that's being pushed by the media and politicians that the London attacks were some kind of violent protest against the G8 (although I suppose it'll come in quite handy for bastardising genuine anti-G8 protesters). Never mind the fact that the admission on the Al-Qaeda-related website (which is swaying between conjecture and fact at the moment, but I imagine will solidify into the "truth" without much argument or examination) apparently specifically states that the attacks were revenge for the war in Iraq.

Watching the official mouthpieces trying to avoid saying the "I" word would be funny if it wasn't so sick. So say it loud and say it proud: If this is indeed the work of Islamic terrorists, in all probability IT WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF BRITAIN WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE ILLEGAL WAR OF AGGRESSION IN IRAQ.
