It happened in Madrid on a larger scale. There was not as much coverage as we are seeing now. Why?

I am not unsympathetic. Too many innocent people are dying because of the ineffectiveness of our leaders--in Afghanistan, in Iraq, in Madrid, in London...

Everything else should not be wiped off the front pages because of tragedies like this which will continue to happen BECAUSE of the things that are being wiped off the front pages. It's a vicious cycle.
