the congresspeople really wanted ideas on what they could do. they can go on the progressives' shows (and they do) but the rest of america won't hear them. i think the idea of marching to the wp and other news venues was a good one.
madison was awesome. i am sure he and conyers are great friends but he didn't let that stop him from holding feet to fire.
they guy from the bbc was great! reporters in england are truly public advocates . . . just as some of our newspeople used to be.
