43. What happened in Ohio was criminal
Those who are responsible for the crimes and/or for the cover-ups must be brought to justice.

If anyone wonders why the Republicans can talk confidently about being the "permanent majority" party, just look at the blatant fraud and suppression that took place in the 2004 Ohio election. They know that the fix is in. If these crimes aren't stopped now, it will just get harder and harder to keep out fraud and suppression in the future.

And if anyone wonders why the Republicans don't need to keep the filibuster procedures around for that rainy day down the road when Republicans are a minority party, wonder no longer.

Republicans are now so utterly confident in their ownership of the voting booth that they KNOW that rainy day will never come.
