Today they have 3 more radical judges than yesterday. The Dems got to preserve exactly what they had yesterday.

These 3 fanatic Corportist judges NOW have the aegis and sanction of the Democratic Party....kinda like the Iraq War. How can the Party now oppose their fanaticism from the bench?
