40. I did read post 35 - and if I pay less in total - do I care that the
eventual marginal rate is 35%?

If so why.

I have more money - the rich have less - after taxes.

The bullshit marginal rate has not made me unhappy - again I have more money after taxes - so I am happy!!!!!
