8. They are all so screwed. They might as well
fuck over the company while they have a chance to do it. How easy will it be for the airline to replace them? I would think it would be difficult, considering all the safety training that has to go on. Of course, I bet they get a reprieve from safety inspections from the US govt.

If I'm missing something here, please let me know. I fully admit that I don't understand all the nuances of what is going on here.
