I only buy. Most recently, I bid on a piece of pottery that arrived broken. Was not properly packaged. I offered to take a pic of the damage and send it to the seller, but she refused and refunded my money, plus some. Granted, it was only $13, but still, really nice seller.
I almost never buy anything over $50. That is what I am comfortable losing. But like I said before, very few problems and over 100 transactions.
