and/or dealing with other infrastructure needs/crises?

the financial types running the show need to be replaced with production-types ... an idealogical shift ... that would require leadership ...

what advisers will these financial types be listening to: the financial types at Citigroup saying 'downsize' that skilled auto labor to McJobs; close down those technology-intensive plants -- or whatever else to shoot the horse in the head??

they're going to destroy the last vestiges of production remaining in the US and with it its sphere of influence throughout the economy

and, one of the vultures circling above, Kerkorian, wants his hands on the residential mortgage unit of GMAC to try his hand at slum-lording at the expense of looming hardship

meanwhile in Congressland, a round of fiddles for all
