Given that the preacher's rhetoric per voting and need to repent or leave - that began before the elections - and apparently had continued after the elections.

So there was a business meeting Monday where the minister asserted that the church should be a republican church - and those present who disagreed (including a republican) were then ousted.

Okay - so how does this jibe with the preacher asserting that no one was asked to leave - or voted out - due to politics?
