The devious minds in the Heritage Foundation are capable of engineering ANYTHING.

This is PERFECT--why shouldn't churches, like private clubs, be free to choose who is in their membership? That's the idea behind it, I'm willing to bet.

And/or expect a challenge relating to churches tax-exempt status--or even (God, I'm paranoid lately) a SCOTUS challenge to allow PRIVATE CLUBS to get tax-exempt status?

Don't think for a moment, if true, that the church did this entirely of their own volition.

In other words, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
