even before the Iraq invasion.

Also, the standard theory does have evidence. There were two planes that flew into the world trade center with known Al-Qaeda operatives on board, the blackbox recorded a hijacking taking place, and there was quite a bit of chatter before the invasion, though nobody put it together. Every expert has sworn up and down that this is the entire story, be they federal employees or independent investigators. It seems a pretty solid theory.

I don't trust the administration, don't get me wrong. But I don't distrust them to the extent that if there's water falling from the sky and they tell me it's raining, I assume that there are airplanes above cloud level dropping a slow-acting toxin over the city of Chicago to kill off all our liberals.
