statistics refer to criminal court. The majority of child neglect & abuse issues are dealt with in family court. Intellectual honesty should mandate that a person be accurate.

In fact, as I stated, in the counties I worked in, the largest numbers of domestic violence (family member using violence against another family member) were single mothers. Children are the most vulnerable of all family members.
