Sorry, the parents should have no say. And what if the parents were a little 'wacky', you know maybe were infirmed in the head....should their judgement be taken over the husband's or wife's? You don't want to create a precedent by the events of this case. You'd stand hundreds of years of common law on its head.

I don't know how old you are, but you really don't want older parents getting in the middle of marriages, like this spectacle shows.

Here's something to ponder....what if it were the parents arguing for the feeding tube to be removed and Michael was arguing for it to remain...would that change your mind about parent's rights?
