I'm listening to Bernie Ward and he's talking about this new law that they have in Ohio. According to this new law the only couple's who can make claims on spousel abuse are married couples. So if a couple is living together and one couple is beating the crap out of the other person they can't use any domestic violence laws because you can't give any special status to unmarried couples. So far it hasn't been contested. A public contender got the rule that if a guy has beat up his girlfriend they can't use domestic laws against him because of the state constiution. WTF?! This guy beats the crap out of the girl and all he gets is mistermener assault?! :wtf:
