There will be a real cost in this battle.

The right is building a ground swell of support, especially among the religious right, for judicial restraint legislation. To restore the balance of power between the three branches of government.

There will be a battle, it has already begun with Judge Greer ignoring the law passed by Congress

These issues will become a calls to arms to rein in the power of the courts.

The law of unintended consequences will be in full display and we will get the short end of the stick.

Mark my words.
