11. It was two guys in the video
Two years ago at Fort Bragg, a soldier found himself quickly escorted out of the army after he killed a kitten on his gas grill (I am not making this up). In fact, I knew the guy responsible for escorting him to psychiatric sessions so they could figure just what the hell was wrong with him. The soldier was part of the 82nd Airborne, the army's strategic response force, and his ass was gone in hurry regardless of whether or not he was needed for a deployment. Regardless of the administration's attempts to cover up prisoner abuse by soldiers, the army itself does not want or need psychos like this.

Every war reveals a certain amount of sadists. Don't make the mistake of smearing the military in general for the depravity of 2 individuals.

I grew up in an army town. This type of behavior is most assuredly not acceptable. It is no more acceptable for people to smear the army as a bunch of bloodthirsty murderers as it is for people to hold the army up as some priesthood of virtue. Soldiers are people just like the rest of us.
