15. My legal question is simple:

.

My legal question is simple: Upon WHAT reasonable legal right do the parents have to proceed in law?

Uuuuummmmmm, the federal district court judge (FL federal trial court judge) has given this as "home work" to the parents' attorney . . . write a legal brief stating what the hell legal rights they (the parents) are claiming and of course back it up w/ law! Impossible, I say. Utterly impossible.

Folks, yes, I'm an attorney. And I was simply posturing legalese in frustration. This very legal query has been pondered by many . . . most come up as do I = zero rights to proceed.
