and that one person is Martha Stewart. Note that Ken Lay is still breathing air on the outside of prison walls, and may never get even a slap on the wrist for his crimes. I don't condone the fact that Martha Stewart got a heads-up on some stock she owned, but I believe it pales in comparison to conspiring to manipulate energy prices in order to fleece millions of utility customers, defraud investors, and strip employees of their savings.

However, if you feel there's no degree of difference in guilt or in the relative magnitudes between these crimes, please DO proceed in your explanation of why they're completely comparable. This could get interesting.
