He runs for president like every time. He basically heads up a cult of personality. His views shift with whatever will stir up enough emotions to get the current college-age crowd dedicated to him. His people convince kids to work for his campaigns, promising they'll be paid well and provided room and board to relocate to some other city and do campaign work. They're then sucked into a cultish culture and can't escape, depending on him for their shared home, food, etc - and they're used to go out and recruit more campus kids. Kinda like a pyramid scheme.

He's a nutcase, looney, embarassment.
