yep, cheney came to my lil kansas city for a quick fundraiser last year. I work right by a major highway and we basically couldn't leave work until he had gone to the one-hour fundraiser and then got back to the airport for his flight outta dodge. So, if the FAA says the extra 10 minutes didn't cause delays, it was probably true. It was just the fact that security is tight and closes so many roads, onramps and access streets when a dignitary is in town. If you can call Cheney a dignitary, anyway.
