(#2: Dean, for everything he's done and will do to energize, organize, and motivate. Yes, there are those of us who respect and support both him and Kerry immensely. I gave money to both at different times and don't regret a penny of either.)

(#3: Obama, for his brilliance, charisma, and grace--and for running the only race this year that Democrats all over could look at for a bracing shot of uplifting entertainment. And for having a book to read that is neither ghost-written nor dull as dirt.)
