new pacts and treaties are springing into being, the chinese have aligned with Iran, Russia and Venezuala are now tight.
This telling me that the developing Chinese industry is moving to protect a source of energy, and energy producing nations are moving into position to enforce their will on the U.S.

The chimp* and it's handlers are playing checkers on a chess board, and the rest of the world is several moves ahead of us.
