92. Supporting Clinton
I don't speak for anyone else. But I can tell you why I supported President Clinton when he was in office:

1. He supported affirmative action

2. Not only did he appoint African-Americans to great positions, but he appointed African-Americans who actually cared about lifting their own community. When Alexis Herman was Labor Secretary, she frequently when on the radio, to places like the Tom Joyner morning show, to talk to African-Americans about the state of black employment.

3. Clinton cares about living by the Biblical principle of doing the most for the least among us.

4. In 1993, when he was making his way to DC for his inaugural, he was asked on CBS if there was any issue on which he would NOT compromise. He said yes: the issue of race. He'd never compromise on race.
