And according to Wes Clark, he put experienced people in charge of nation building after the conflicts subsided. Unlike * who put people in Iraq with no experience whatsoever from the Heritage Foundation whose primary agenda was padding their resumees.

The level of incompetance of * is truly astonishing. "Shock and Awe" indeed.
