...yanking the pencilnecked a$$hat over the counter and beating him to gelatin with one of the canes in the rack right next to the pharmacy window?

I mean, if I told the police that it was expected of me by God, as part of my faith, to beat the crap out of complete strangers who seized control of my healthcare and my privacy, does that mean I could get away with it? After all, I used the magic words that are supposed to allow anything: "it's part of my right to practice my religion."
