 Please follow this for a moment. At a time when the price of oil is quite high, what is Whistle-ass doing?
Do you remember what Bill Clinton did when gas prices went up? I do. He released oil from the strategic reserve and opened inquiries into gouging. With those actions, the prices soon dropped down to more managable levels. Of course, Whistle-ass will not look into price gouging. That is a given. But what about the Strategic Reserve?
