5. Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), which provides

health insurance for children in families that don't qualify for ZMedicaid and can't afford private insurance. Clinton got this passed in a REPUB congress.
Bush fought it being implemented in Texas when he was governor....said it was 'crammed down his throat'.

Also, my daughter received help with college because I was allowed to take a tax deduction for her college tuition...new initiative passed under Clinton, still on your IRS forms today.
