32. Whew! I read your sig link.
We are thinking along the same lines-I am in total agreement! There are a couple of problems. WE are not in charge of who is and who is not in the Dem party. Right now, the first step has to be to re-aim the direction we are heading in. My own choice, had I been the one doing the choosing, would have been someone of a much more liberal bent to head up the party and the country, however, Kerry is the man and that step is to get him elected and then get him to move toward the left. The country (and the world) is waay down the wrong path and it ain't too hopeful about getting it back on the right track, but there are too few options except for continuing the fight.

The DLC is certainly no friend, but they are useful, right now, in removing the scourge that is facing us. What other tools are available?
