to those that snitch on the tax cheats?

I think it would be fitting that whomever turns in a church or political organization that is cheating on its 'fair share' of what it owns to society by claiming, falsely, to be a religious organization, well those that help our society by helping to recover stolen money should be compensated.

Yes, 10% sounds like it should motivate people to turn in these scofflaws.

Not only the churches, but those that make cleverly disguised 'political donations' should also be forced to pony-up the taxes owed from the last three tax years in what they claimed was donations to charity. Thus, those fine members of the fundementalist churches would also need to pay what they owed, plus interest.

I would say that should break the financial back of those like Falwell as well as breaking any political support whatsoever those like Falwell enjoy.
