3. This leads me to believe they actually planned it..Attas passport fell
out of the burning tower right after the plane went in and fluttered down directly into the waiting hand of the police chief.. completely intact .. and just weeks before Asscroft denied a warrant to but Mohamed Attas phone and search his computer... actually Asscroft denied the warrants for 14 of the hijackers involved in 911.
