Sometimes, I Think, Maybe, These Folks Deserve Bush
Advertisements [?]
I fight, (and I mean literally fight) with people who are voting for the worst possible man to ever run for the Presidency, never mind be President, George Bush.

Can you imagine a man voting for Bush who works in a Union job for about $48,000 a year with health benefits that cost $125 a week for a family plan. Who has a 16 year old son approaching draft age. who has two kids in public education, and needs to work overtime to make ends meet. Can you imagine a person like that voting to reselect the President.

Can you imagine he wants four more years of that shit, and all it entails.

I talk 'till I'm blue in the face, and I can't believe anyone can be this blind.

But it's not just one guy, there are so many who treat this election like a football game or a pennant race in baseball. They want to be with who's ahead, or who sells them some jingoistic nonsense.

I know that if that asshole is reselected, I can spend the next 1,431 days, telling them that I was correct, and "I told you so", just like my grand-father did when he supported Al Smith over Herbert Hoover, and just like my father did following Nixon's 1972 Re-Election.

But I'd rather save his son, his job, his health care, and his overtime. But if Bush wins this election, I know my friend loses, I just wish he knew that.
