What should I do? What can I do? (rant about homophobia)

I joined my High School's GSA ("gay straight alliance") last year. Due, in part, to the administration's extreme homophobia, our announcements are not read. Our bulliten board is constantly ripped down. Openly gay students have been harrased by teachers. A report showing that the school is overwhelmingly homophobic remains un-published, becuase showing it to people could cost the creators their jobs.

And this year is no different. Already we've been denied airtime on announcements, when the "non-school-funded" (ha!) Conservative Christian group gets airtime.

I wish to end this small rant with a question: What can I do? What should I do?
