I would still remind people that the reason King returned to Memphis in 1968 is because the "opposition" had hired some agitators when he had led the first march there.

Those same forces that opposed King are going to attempt to disrupt the NYC demonstrations. Count on it. They know that by creating the appearance of the crisis, the media will distort their reports, and expand on the "we need a tough law & order president" atmosphere.

The nonviolent training & tactics allow our side the opportunity to not only neutralize that type of enemy action, but to learn creative ways to turn it to our favor.
