She works an extra 5 hours a week on the air during the week. And she also works alone like Malloy. So I feel that she deserves to be able to take more time off. She earns it.

And if she's ill, that could be a last minute deal. Maybe it's not so easy to get a replacement in that circumstance. But I love the idea of replacement hosts. Time to send AAR an email. Sounds like you already did that, so I'll join you in lobbying them.
